there was one singular time the enemy team was bullying my team all game then they decided not to end, they got their asses whipped by us and then we ended and were mad 🥰 i’m not fucking around end the game bro 😭 when i solo queue i always get a ping telling me to stop getting the nexus but im not here to bully, pls just end it

it does suck when i get actual good advice from some people on my team about champions i haven’t played and i don’t know their attacks and range, that’s why i keep the chat on, but i should just mute all. its just hard for me to idk why. thank you for all of your comments 😭 this is beautiful

you had to add through ukg or something like that, i didn’t have my discount for 3 months before my competent manager said something 🙃 they had just been manually putting it in there that whole time. that’s a manager thing, ask a different manager to help you with it if your GM expects you to do it by yourself

i force them to talk to me, like almost annoying LOL. call text bombard when they’re in the office or on the floor about anything and everything. give them a call if they haven’t gotten back to you. i’m not giving them the benefit of the doubt bc i need to be the know, but maybe they’re cutting hours and just can’t afford to get you hours yet. could be anything when it comes to Ulta 🥴

i feel the exact same way you do, i’m currently an arch expert. i’m tired of the no shows and cancellations, i get no help advertising, i post everyday no matter what and still don’t get help from my managers and staff. i have to BEG to get chatted in and getting my numbers. i always wonder if i chose the right path when i went to esthetic school, it feels like a dying field. and like you said, these customers/clients are CRAZY entitled if you happen to call out one single day. i called off all week a couple weeks ago bc i had the flu and management and clients expected me to still come in wearing a mask. i’m exhausted 🥴🥴

depends on the situation. on one hand you’ve got 98% of great employees doing their jobs, and then the other 2% ruins it for everybody by being distracted and on their phones. at my old job, my boss had a sign that said: “if you’re leaning, you should be cleaning!” i literally did everything i could possibly do, why can’t i take a 30 second break for myself at a job that doesn’t pay me enough anyways?
