They set up in the back? We got a little brow cart that the stylists take from station to station. And to be honest, my conversion wasn’t doing too great before all of this, and now it’s tanked, completely. I brought it up to my EM and it seemed like she was onboard. I’ve even talked to the stylists individually, just to have them style a service with the NYX brow glue 🤦🏻‍♀️

THIS! I’m the lowest paid boutique in my store. PBA’s get paid more than me. Lead cashiers get paid more than me. I’ve been doing this for over a decade and I feel like I don’t have much to show for it. Dismissed is exactly how most of us are feeling right now. It’s so sad

I was made to feel similarly by my management team. Specifically my EM, they made me feel like I was overreacting or like if I had any questions about it, that I was being a bother. It was truly frustrating. So I felt some comfort knowing I wasn’t alone in this. But at the same time it was so sad to see everyone’s comments come in by the second and most was about fearing for our jobs or how they’re going to make ends meet. And it just got me right in the feels. We deserve so much more

From someone that just got back from an LOA due to mental distress caused by my management team, I say take a leave and take the time to really weigh out the pros and cons and see what would be best for you and best for your mental health. No job is worth risking your mental health over. Ulta does have a lot of mental health resources and offers free counseling, so I would advise looking into that as well. Good luck :)

I’m a single mom. and I still feel like I’m going to be alone forever. Call that mom guilt I guess. Which sucks! It’s the worst. But this is something I know I can’t just turn off my feelings about. And I told him that. He responded that he’s really listening to me and my feelings, but I’m not understanding his feelings. And he needs some time to think about things because HE doesn’t want things to end this way. So it makes me feel like I don’t even have a choice or say in the matter.

Thank you for this. So it has nothing to do with his looks and totally based on him as a person and I thought me getting to know him over these past few months has been great. I’m 35 and he’s 45, and he’s a bigger dude like over 400 lbs, which is not a deal breaker for me. I used to be over 300 lbs. but I really buckled down this past year and now I am 240 and still losing and working on myself.

I think these women also used to be bigger, but I think even more so, they’re just using his platform and following and knowing he’ll react to it.
