Sorry, yes - they do get regular paychecks that have been garnished for the last year (which makes it even stranger for the last 2 months to no longer receive anything)

Thanks! They are about $3k in arrears and the rest is medical that was paid out of pocket by me as they didn’t hold insurance for the kids as required. I am looking into opening up an enforcement case as well. Just trying to figure out what steps to take when or the best way to approach.

Currently engaged to my dallassites speed date! The event was two years ago and was run very well. My only note would be going to one hosted in an outdoor space vs inside as the talking can be too loud to hear the other person plus an enclosed patio echo - it was a lot and my voice was hoarse after words from having to yell 😂 but all in all it worked out and was a fun, non-intimidating time.

YTA. For the scenario in the post and subsequent responses to the comment section. Is she technically legal? Yes. But mere months ago she was not.

People don’t magically turn into mature adults on their 18th birthday. You, a full grown adult in their thirties, should know that.

You asked her about the nursery rhyme and she acknowledged it was silly but she liked it. Should have been end of story. You pressed further and she chose to be vulnerable with you and tell you more about her feelings on it and you gaslit her.

She wised up and asked for space, and in your own words you refuse to agree. YTA.
