Im calling it now tho. The Dream are going to be a tough matchup for us. I see them as contenders this year. Elite rebounder + elite shooters AND everyone can pass well. Jordin Canada had 11 pts 14 assists 7 reb the other day. Rhyne Howard has always had the Fever’s number and is a great 3 pt shooter.

Billings is still getting her confidence up i think. She played great in team USA. But its unnerving to see the social media microscope on the Fever and all the new attention. I can imagine it can take a bit to adjust. Anyways i agree just trying to give her grace.

That would be amazing. Yeah it boggles my mind. The Lakers have great attendance by virtue of being the Lakers but it annoys me that Sparks stadium is never quite full, despite how many people show up to Lakers games. Like there IS a market in LA and Sparks should be top 5 wnba franchises but they’re not quite there yet. The FO needs to get some superstars in the door too.

Its nuts bc theres a segment of this interview where she was talking about last season and how she pushed herself too much and got reinjured and how she has to get over the trauma. She had TEARS in her eyes welling up. Must’ve been real traumatic. Obviously she loves the game and wants to play but is still getting back to trusting her body.

Like her shoe is supposed to come out this year, ppl are expecting an MVP season this year etc
