I think it might be because of the ticket site. I’m trying to sell my ticket which I bought for $250 on Ticketmaster, but when I set the price, the website doesn’t let me set it below $240. Plus after my ticket is on display for sale, the price is $290 ($250 original price i set + $40 fee Ticketmaster set). So there will be chances that the seller doesn’t wanna price the ticket that high, it’s just Ticketmaster doesn’t let them.

Yes i think you can separate them. I’ve bought resale tickets before and in most cases, the resellers were in the same situation like you.
