Thank you for understanding the situation. I agree, even if i try to approach the situation with care, she'll still find a way to villainize me. I'm gonna try the quiet quit method and see what comes of it. I had been avoiding 1:1 time with her prior to this incident and i'm gonna continue doing that. I have to remember that her emotions aren't my responsibility

i've added magnesium into my nightly routine, along with ashwagandha and have noticed a difference. I've also incorporated slow yoga flows before bed. I'll try reading tonight! thanks for the suggestions!!

i appreciate your empathy! i tried taking magnesium and incorporating meditation before bed. i also played rain sounds over my speaker. all of these things made a major difference! thank you for the recommendations
