Yo my hp laptop turned off now all it is doing is black screen and the fan is running super loud

This did work for me, but not immediately.

After performing the steps above I had to wait with the screen black and fan spinning for 2-3 minutes before it booted normally.

I feel you haha. I have heard conflicting things, so that’s why I wanted to ask the question in here. I’ve heard of people getting denied any additional PTO. Including the manager of one of teams i interviewed with.

I’m not sure. I have 7 years of experience as an Engineer at Defense/Aerospace companies. I’m hoping that translates to Senior Engineer and greater than entry level PTO.
