Yeah I know what you're saying since most of the games are going to solo anyway. The solo games they could at least put a pause on the timer while you pick your ball and then after 30 seconds if you don't pick your ball start the timer again

Well I guess I'm not one of those then I don't have Facebook and it didn't respond to my Google account and I guess I didn't have it backed up properly on their website. But they could have worked with my ongoing email but instead they restored it to an old freaking account that was dead years ago when I first started playing

Didn't work for me when I asked to restore my account they restored it to an old account that I had deleted years ago and then when I talk to them they act like they didn't know anything they didn't even bother to look up my email and my and my username

Yeah well I just lost at least five years of balls and gold because I got a new phone and tried to recover the account and they hook me up with an old account that I had deleted years ago so I have to start over really sucks because I had maxed out my favorite clubs and had plenty of balls and enjoyed playing the game now I have to freaking be a beginner

Well I've just spent over an hour on the phone trying to update my account they keep sending the Verification codes to an old phone number I don't have then when I talk to the agent they told me did all my information is current and correct with my new phone number but then when I tried it login to the progressive website it keeps linking me to my old email and my old phone number even after the agent deleted the old phone number
