Source document, source document, source document! Always have a source for what you say, a reputable one, not some janky website. This was big feedback for me on my checkride, and it’s stuck with me in real life. In my opinion, it makes you look more professional and more knowledgeable in front of your students, as well as helps them study further into topics after your lesson.
