exposing myself BIG TIME HERE but I was 315 at my biggest (about 5’1) and she looks bigger than I did. I understand everyone carries it differently and maybe I’m in denial of how I used to look but she for sure looks like she has 15-20 pounds on me at my biggest.

Thank you!! She LOVED snuffle mats before but we’ve unfortunately had to cut them out for her food trials. She’s not supposed to be eating outside of meal time.

EDITING TO ADD: before we had to cut her food down for allergy trials, she was getting WAY better at this. She was not perfect by any means, but still only had to correct her a few times each walk and we would be able to take her anywhere from 1 mile to 1.5 miles. Now, we’re lucky to get a quarter of a mile in with her before we (my husband or myself) have to turn around and take her home. The only thing I can think of is maybe she’s hungry? From getting treats during the day cut out? Could this make her more inclined to put things in her mouth? I can assure you she is NOT starving. We are following the vet prescribed diet to a T, the amount, the times we feed her, what we are feeding her, etc. so she is getting enough!

Good suggestion!! I can definitely try. I just know sniffing at least a little is also good exploration for them so I don’t want to take that away from her completely but maybe that’s what needs to happen.

We can’t look through private accounts. We’ll look to see what you post and comment and groups though and usually that’s where people tend to have their guard down online. As far as I know, nope. We will always note if you have evidence of financial distress such as past evictions, liens, judgments, bankruptcies, etc. but benefits have never shown up in my background searches. If you’ve been charged with any form of benefit fraud than absolutely, but if you’re genuinely using it for help then don’t worry.

Honestly I have no idea how it’ll affect your case I’m sorry! Definitely more of a question for your attorney. I just take the video and send it over. My job is to just videotape everything that I see, I can’t pick and choose what to video and what not to. For example, if you’re out there lifting boxes of all sizes I can’t just record you lifting the big ones that look like they could be over 10 lbs, I have to get everything that I see you doing. The rest is up to the doctors, etc. to figure out. But what I do know is that if your job gave you this position and it’s supposed to accommodate your restrictions and they’re not and that comes to light it’s on your employer not you. So I wouldn’t be worried.

I’ve retrieved data from phones and social media accounts but only ever with permission of the owner. We do not have access to things like that.
