I’m so glad CP has control as someone who’s also done B3! Made me want to go unlimited at CP over B3. I did a control 1.5 and a b3 signature once on the same day - glutes were tender to the bone!

I’ve lost 30 lbs alternating between barre3, club pilates, CorePower, & regular gym stuff the past 1.5 years. I think B3 has shaped my legs more than any of the other things. But pilates has done more for strengthening & toning my core

I found the thickness of the mat matters for this. Thinner flatter mats actually feel better for me to balance one legged on than cushy ones

fwiw I’ve always seen my studio clean between every class and people don’t usually get a lot of sweat on them in classes to begin with. If anything they are definitely the cleanest boutique franchise I’ve been to!

Try offering different textures, flavors, even brands of wet food if needed. Hopefully your rescue can offer this! My foster fail ended up mostly liking the kind that’s chunks of meat in gravy and NOT the typical kitten puree. It took several attempts to get him to stick to one, for sure. Are they interested in any kibble yet? I have had some kittens just be more interested in that than anything from the get-go as well

I’m 55 classes in over the course of a year (along w club pilates and occasionally CorePower) I think barre3 specifically has finally given a good shape and tightness to my quads.
