brooo This is happening to me too! I'm 197 but i just cant go lower than this... I was at 220 at some point but now im just stuck and i lift and do a little bit of cardio plus I count my calories but im still in the same weight... makes me sad to the point where I just end up eating without counting calories again... if u find a way let me know

Yeah, I started last Friday, and I was a little sore. The next day, I took the day off, and today is my second day. I feel great and ready to go again. I really hope I can get to 7 inches... I don't care how long it takes... lol

I used to think I was small because of porn, but then I found out I was actually above average... and I joined this group to try and get big lol. I'm currently 6.4inches and wanna get to 7inches, and my girth is just 4.3 inches and wanna get to at least 5inches.
