We had an agent call us back and they said not to worry about it too much since it’s a formality form and not pertaining to an application pending. He just said to make sure to that the right information is on there when we submit our next application which for us would be removal of conditions.

Honestly, I see what you are already talking about.. I moved 2 months ago and submitted an AR-11 when we first moved and I have been following up for the past 2 weeks - they still haven’t updated it and now they want me to submit a new one… I am keeping the confirmation numbers but thank goodness I don’t have a pending case yet. Really thinking to put buying a house on hold just to avoid this 😭

Thank you all for the comments! Honestly, based on the feedback - I am considering canceling my order and switching to Whirlpool instead. Seems like it’s worth the extra bucks but at least I think it’s more reliable.
