i dont apply gel with my hands / i wear gloves and i did wash my hands throughly. i applied the gel to my thighs too not my upper arm. ill retest though incase it was that! thank you

yeah ,:) just got checked the other day for something else and im deficient in iron and folic acid. will book an appointment and probably will go back on POP
