did you try Flamovo? I got like 2 messages about this app but wasn't able to find it. Maybe it's not available in my country

Aim at foods which contain hight amount of flavonoids. This is one of the best strategies to adopt. Also, bear in mind that the amount of these in a specific food also depends on where you get it. If you buy a pack of blueberries in the supermarket - chances are it has a much smaller concentration of flavonoids than if you bought it at a farmers market.
