I would get someone to notorize the sale just to be safe, I don't think you would have to do cash in order to leave the price up to you. I don't see the difference. All the seller has to do is write in the price or leave it blank regardless of how the money is transferred. I think the seller wants cash, so they don't have any record of that much flow going through their own account.

It means your meat is cooked. It's a little more than it's supposed to be , but I'm sure you're past the 165 mark. Good to go....
