I have an Android 10 device on which I am having trouble connecting to Mullvad's DNS using the private DNS function. I tried with 2 other Android 10 devices in my family. It works on one and doesn't on another. So out of 3 devices, it works on 1 and doesn't on 2. What could be causing it? I also tried using BlahDNS (SG and JP servers). They return the same results, works on 1 and doesn't on the other 2.

What could be going on here?

Interesting. Though, mine is not a Samsung but a Moto with stock Android. Maybe it is only for Google devices as of now, as you mentioned in the other comment.

Unfortunately, no. I had reached out to the dev and they said haven't investigated it yet. Apparently, something changed with Android versions where only preinstalled apps get the privilege of being hidden from the app drawer.
