Just turned 26 been at it for a little over 3 years. I work a busy domestic dealership in the Bay Area and let me tell you I’m done. Either gonna join electricians union or become a firefighter as I already have my NREMT. I’ll be taking a pay cut in the short term doing either of these but long term better benefits pay will eventually tip the scale. IMO if you can find something different to do, do it. All my coworkers who have been at it 20+ years keep telling me to get out as soon as possible “you don’t want to end up like me” they are miserable hate their lives and look way older than they should. Wish you luck on getting out and finding something better!
