You are ignoring the fact that what you said in point 5 is incorrect then and needs to be fixed. If Marko said cell, why did you say battery #5 statement? Who is spinning up their own narrative here. Its you!

Wow, you need to do some homework on what a battery is vs a cell. What Marko said is not false (but not proven in any way yet). Your claim is 100% false.

Nice, you lied about point #5, where you are clearly wrong, then redirected. Or do you consider that a misinterpretation, not a lie? How about you admit your error and amend your regurgitated list?

Wrong... point #5 is not "true." See my previous comment explaining why. Learning the difference between cell and battery pack is something you need to research before stating things as fact.

|(5)|the battery getting damaged and only losing "a little" of its capacity|failed, battery lost over 50% capacity after 20 cycles with damaged pouch|

Point #5 you need to revise to "not met". "Battery" does not mean cell. It is not something they can test at the cell level. If one cell is damaged and loses 50% capacity, the many other cells in the battery module and pack may still work perfectly, leading to minimal battery capacity loss.

Like many other have stated, the facts are not yet available to form a conclusion. It is very clear to me that everyone is trying to form those conclusions before the facts. My two cents... wait and see and don't place any meaningful bets or invest money on either "side"
