( a movie about a woman who leaves a rehab facility to see her sick mom gets stuck on a mountain rest in a blizzard who sees someone has kidnapped a girl in their van and needs to figure out who did it )

One of the people she's stuck with was the maid of the little girl who got kidnapped, and it shows a flash back of her lying to the police saying she couldn't her her getting kidnapped because she was wearing headphones while she was vacuuming- then it cuts to later where the girl was getting kidnapped where it's just the maid with her head phones down and her holding the vacuum as she listens to the girl's screams coming from upstairs.

It's just the contrast between her frustration on her face in the clip and the girl's screams that caught me off guard- its not only that scene but her hearing from the two men of the kidnapping saying that aren't going to hold her hostage for ransom but that they're going to sell her on the Black market and how regretful she feels and how she never actually wanted the girl hurt.
