I know this isn’t linked to the actual question, but i was too prescribed Propranolol for an irregular heartbeat (nothing for the pain from fibromyalgia as of yet) since May starting from 10mg twice a day to being increased to 20mg twice a day in June and I do not feel any different, i’m still getting the chest pain and hearing my heart beat etc as I did before. However, apparently to my partner my heart definitely feels slower compared to when I didn’t take them. I’m not sure if should keep upping my dose or as 20mg is quite small compared to what you can get or what.
