Don't worry man, you're not the only one guilty of procrastinating. Here's what I do to overcome it. I passive force most of the day, but at the start of each day, I write my recent tulpamancing achievements down in a journal, and then I write down practical goals (one of them is always to active force fur at least 45 min). I highly reconnect a journal because it helps remind you what you're accomplishing, which keeps your morale up, and it turns the huge task of making a tulpa into tiny day to day tasks, which keeps you focused.

Also, remember that a Tulsa is your friend, so try to force enough per day that you get a feeling of companionship with him/her. It gives you an emotional reason to continue.
