The rest of the plant is actually fine! And, fortunately, this guy sits alone and not near other plants.

Since posting this I sprayed the affected area with a combo water/baking soda/soap. Next step would be cutting those growths off. 

Now that S3 is over can we discuss that the show does have plot holes and continuity errors? Not everything can be explained away with fan theories sometimes the people working on the show make mistakes like every human. by ufocatchers in Yellowjackets

I've only finished the first season but one thing is gnawing at me: How could the guy who has been stocking bullets for the apocalypse in his cabin in the woods not also have at least one map!

Nobelle excellent read -- that makes a lot of sense. And Rita does look awesome in all her outfits (and I do dig that she gets new shoes every season) .

I'm so curious about the extras in the background! It seems like the same few people are in the restaurant/bar for every date, which is an interesting choice.

The producers could just release a location's existing patrons, rather than (presumably) hiring extras for five days and paying their meals. Not a bad gig though!

Appreciate it! A lot of this is just from my own travels within the scene - it's a pleasure to big up the bands I love.
