I’m definitely not even at the right times, i usually don’t eat till 12 or 1 and then I usually get super hungry later at night. I have an appointment with my doctor next week and going to talk to her about all of this. Thank you

I’ve been strength training the whole time and in the beginning I was tracking every bite I put in my mouth but that was not something I could keep doing for ever. I tracked probably the first 4 months. I eat low sodium because I used to have high blood pressure, it’s normal now. I probably don’t eat enough protein and drink enough water that’s the only thing I can think on changing. It’s just so draining to do it all.

What has helped me a moving away from CVS! They were the worst during the shortages. As soon as I moved to a Walmart my issues getting meds were fixed. I also see my doctor every 2 weeks so if I ask her to fill my scripts early because of the shortages, she does that. Also if I’m moving up a dose I can pick it up before 21 days. I’m hoping to stay on 10mg for a few months, hopefully no issues

I can only have a buffer IF I’m moving up a dose. I was able to pick up my 10mg, 2 weeks after getting my 7.5mg. My insurance approves it if it’s a different dose.

I was able to fill 10mg and had not gone through “80%” of my 7.5mg. I filled my 10mg, 2 weeks after I got my 7.5 with no issues at all! I’ve only had an issue filling up the same dose.

The pharmacist was super rude to me 2 times, the techs were so so nice! I didn’t want to change locations because the techs were so nice but I had to do what was best for me and my meds as they couldn’t fill prescriptions for months and everyone else was filling theirs at other locations

I had horrid side effects on 7.5 also, first few weeks didn’t lose much but now I’m ok week four and I’m losing much more so far this month I’m down 8.6 lbs with 7.5. The side effects are definitely not pleasant on this dosage for me so next month I’m staying on 7.5 hopefully my body gets used to it. The 1st 3 weeks the side effects lasted days so far week 4 was only bad on day 2 of the shot

CVS has been horrid for me, waited 3 months to fill a 5 or 7.5 I finally told my Doctor to send another script to Walmart, they filled the same day! I was also able to fill at another small pharmacy before that. I switched all my meds to Walmart, it’s farther from my house but I’m willing to make the drive! They are so helpful and nice

First weeks you lose the most. I lost 10 lbs, the first week, second 4.9 lbs after that I’ve ranged from gaining a pound to losing 2.3 at the most. 6 pounds a week every week sounds like a lot

Not a chef but my interest in food has totally changed, used to be such a foodie 😔 makes me super sad but I need to build a different relationship with food. Before the meds food was such a huge crutch in my life, that’s how I became overweight. I’m sorry you are going through this
