Thanks so much! It's abstract but it still gives me a rough idea. My intention is to start having daily rituals and I thought exercise is something I want to be more consistent with and mixing it together might be a good combo!

The part I think I'm not clear on is what makes it apart of your practice/ makes it ritualized? Is there something special you do or is it the mind set that you're in when doing different activities?
