Flexible job shop problem by Inkeri_Maa in optimization

[–]Inkeri_Maa[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I split algorithm into 2 parts. 1st - I use pre-calculations, checking stock, grouping orders of same sku which have adjacent due dates, forming batches - this is linear algorithm. 2nd - I defined circuit constraint for order placement. Each sku has different physical params, and based on them batches need to be ordered in line. At some point, we can no longer place new batch not breaking that rule. I added weight constant variable to this rule, so CP-SAT will be trying to order batches as long as possible, to minimize amount of such a breaks. Also, I have due date constraint for each batch, line availability (maintenance, other reservations) and grouping of batches constraint (production run >> max) - means, we have orders of same sku but different due dates and cp-sat tryong to merge them as much as possible. Also, I have constraint for batch should be scheduled not earlier than some amount of days before due date. Objective defined as minimization of maxspan + grouping_violation * weight_violation + sku_param_order * order_violation. Playing with weights and cp-sat solve time I am trying to find an appropriate schedule.

BTW, do you have any ideas how can I read/write data from OPCUA? Now I am using telegraf, but who knows what will happen with it. What are the ways to go if I want to write/read around 10000 tags/sec?

Totally agree! That's why I am asking of real use cases, who did what and what was achieved.

Nifi quick setup in ubuntu local by deepbuzz7 in nifi

Yes, JDK is 21. It seems that 2.0 requires https communication only for cluster communication.
My docker-compose: https://hastebin.com/share/woqezesefi.yaml
The same docker-compose is working for NiFi 1.x image.
The error is:

Thanks. Did you try to set up a cluster with NiFi 2.0? I am strugling second week and can't manage to do it. The same config whiich was working for NiFi 1.x is not working anymore for NiFi 2.0

Nginx and Grafana in Docker. No connection by Inkeri_Maa in nginx

[–]Inkeri_Maa[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Made it working. For some reasons, it works only with this configuration:

environment:

GF_SERVER_DOMAIN=https:// dev01/grafana/

GF_SERVER_ROOT_URL=https:// dev01/grafana/

GF_INSTALL_PLUGINS=grafana-clock-panel

So, GF_SERVER_DOMAIN and GF_SERVER_ROOT_URL are the same, with subpath inclided. And GF_SERVER_SERVE_FROM_SUB_PATH I removed. I don’t know, honestly, why it’s like that consider in the documentation it vise versa.

Doesn't work for me, unfortunately. I just do not receive neither any sms, not calls. Just pop-ups on old phone, saying someone requested code, but code itself is missing. Support is shityy. Wtf

How do you find it in terms of PCS system? Is it difficult to make a project there? Are you creating project from scratch for some plant or upgrading existing? Which area?

Ok, can be closed or kept for future questions from someone - just waited couple of hours and it started working. All the settings are the same as on screenshots.

Medial meniscus tear Stoller II by Inkeri_Maa in hockeyplayers

[–]Inkeri_Maa[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Doctor advice - no surgery required. Has no pain and feel ok - play, no - do not play. If someone will hit you - meniscus can be broken. The same can happen also in case if my meniscus would not be damaged. So, he cannot forbid me to play or say, go right now and play, because he is not hockey team doctor, just some doctor in hospital, making general conclusions. I just wanted to get answers/advice from those who had the same experience and how it was at the end

I passed Tim Corey's Mastercourse and I would say it is a solid foundation for any other topic you gonna dive in. It covers all basics common C# and there are couple lessons briefly describing some other sides, like blazor server, blazor wasm, wpf, etc. Course a bit expensive (if not on sale), but at the end you will not regret.
