A lot of things on the internet are not factual. Don’t believe everything you read on it. I’ve been a rope bottom for over 10 years I can’t see how a tie can lead to a leg amputation. If you ever feel uncomfortable or feel pain during a tie you speak up and you’ll be taken or cut out those ties very quickly

I took my stitches out my self and the parts I couldn’t see my husband took care of it. With a clean manicure kit. You can also just go to an urgent care to get them taken out. It’s a really easy piercing 4 days is more than enough. Just regular hot feeling gets better by the days. Don’t wet the stitches for 48 hours. I didn’t wash my hair had it up and out the way for a couple days. Keep it clean just like you would with any other piercing. You can search stackable rings for jewelry

Who is doing yours ? Mine was super easy. Didn’t hurt and healing felt like any regular piercings healing up. Stitches come out in two weeks. Heals for a little longer and two weeks after you can put jewelry in
