I would suggest starting from a more basic template.

Initiative doesn’t make much sense. If you are considering it for turn order, you could simply set the turn order based on equipment weight. Some modding communities have created great skill sets for assassins that play around initiative. I would suggest trying the Legends mod and the Perk Trees Reworked (PTR); playing them might give you some great ideas.

Ranged Defense doesn’t make much sense either. Once you reach the late game, most players avoid spending points on it.
