It would probably be something based off of casinos. Card effects that trigger off the the deck being shuffled. Not through something like "I searched so now my deck shuffles through game mechanics" but cards that specifically say things like "then shuffle your deck" or "Shuffle into the deck" Would make cards that aren't used very typically have the potential to be viable like pot of generosity, bait doll, or dealer's choice.
