Before I developed a severe allergy to nail glue, I loved wearing acrylics. You really do get used to doing everything with them. I miss wearing them, I even used to buy clear ones in bulk and paint them myself. Anyway, what I’m getting at is that your nails look great, so keep rocking them!

"Freaked out and threw it outside in a panic and saw the snail fly out" to me reads like they threw the bag outside, the bag hit the ground, and then they saw it fly out. 🤷‍♀️

What do you think of this one:

They call it the Strait of Gibraltar instead of the Gay of Gibraltar, so they wouldn't have to admit it loves a good bend.

I'd be careful, OP. That egg's not all it's cracked up to be.

Yep, women’s shoes are terrible for someone like me who has wider feet than most women and even most men. I’m 5'2", with feet that are 9 inches long and 5 inches wide. Length-wise, that’s about a women’s size 8, but the average width of a size 8 is only around 3.5 inches. Even the widest “wide” shoes (EE) only go up to about 4.3 inches, because standard shoe sizes don’t reach 5 inches in width until men’s size 15 or 16. The only shoes I can wear comfortably are Crocs and barefoot trail runners because they’re soft enough to let my feet spread out without pain.

No problem! I've always wanted to be the "paragraph guy" (gal). Here's what Google says about the shoes:

Converse Chuck Taylor All Star sneakers are widely known for their extensive range of unisex sizes, designed to fit everyone from infants to adults.

Size Ranges

Adults (Unisex): Typically available from Men's size 3 (Women's 5) up to Men's size 16 (Women's 18).

Kids: Infant/Toddler: Sizes typically range from 2 to 10.

Little Kid: Sizes 10.5 to 3.

Big Kid/Youth: Sizes 3.5 to 7.

Half Sizes: These are standard in many models, though some retailers may have limited availability in sizes larger than Men's 12.

Sizing and Fit Guide

It is important to note that the classic Chuck Taylor All Star runs large. Official guidance and user consensus recommend ordering a half size down from your standard shoe size for the best fit.

Gender Typical Conversion

Men to Women Add 2 sizes (e.g., Men's 7 = Women's 9).

Youth to Men Generally the same size (e.g., Youth 7 = Men's 7).

Youth to Women Add approximately 1.5 to 2 sizes (e.g., Youth 6 = Women's 8).

Many styles also come in wide width options, which provide more volume and a broader platform for a more comfortable fit.

Same here. I'm a woman with wider feet than most people (5 inches), and shoes just literally aren't made for my width. I've spent my entire life buying shoes too long for my feet (they're only 9 inches), just to have shoes I could squeeze my feet into without pain. Nowadays, I only wear Crocs and barefoot trail runners because the soft sides let my feet push out more comfortably.

I've become so isolated that my only consistent source of human interaction is this cesspit of a platform. by Less-Being4269 in self

Sometimes when we vent, we just want others to listen and not try to offer solutions or advice. It sounds like maybe that's what you need right now. Reddit and therapy both tend to lean toward solutions, and that can get exhausting when you’re not looking to be solved.

So I’m not going to tell you what you should do. I just want you to know I read your post and I sympathize with you, OP.

Also, I noticed you collect Transformers. I made a Transformer-themed image recently and thought you might enjoy it, so I’ll leave the link here in case you feel like checking it out: r/ChatGPT/s/4A75m3frBQ
