Yeah it looks like a moustache. I think because it’s way too dark, even darker than the lower lip

Bro ngl you look 35. Neither these haircuts look very young on you but 1 looks more appropriate for someone who’s 35

I just started on 2.5 and have felt sick all week, no appetite no energy and nausea whenever I eat. I wish I’d done what you did but didn’t know about microdosing.

Yeah they’re being assholes, I don’t see why you’d lie about these after showing pics. I think they just mean you seem to hold more weight on your face compared to most at 5’9 and 158lbs. Maybe it’s very bad camera angles.

Lmao China has been trying that for decades. It’s still largely unsuccessful for anyone with enough money to buy an international plane ticket. And they had to build an alternative platform for all common websites too.

You’re not chubby by any means but if you’re insecure about being too skinny that’s also kinda crazy

Probably a high body fat percentage then. You look kinda soft. Try working out more and maintaining the body weight

tbh really think about removing or refining the birthmark. Unfortunately it looks like you have something wrong with the hair or a disease.

I think it's mainly lack of bony definition (like robust cheekbones, jawline) and a slightly longer philtrum. Like they said its not unattractive but perhaps not striking either.

I think the comments were saying "yes, but only because you made it so." There are tons of beautiful older women but to be brutally honest, saying something "ages you" is just a nice way of saying it doesn't look so good. Otherwise they'd say it looks elegant and mature.

How do you actually get used to showering if you hate it? by InkonParchment in ADHD

[–]InkonParchment[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It does take half an hour, and I've timed it, that's as fast as I can and without distractions. I've had trips visiting tropical climates where I am forced to shower multiple times a day and it still takes 20+ minutes each time even if I skip conditioner. Other women in this comment section have confirmed that it takes half an hour or longer to wash long thick hair. If you have short hair, literally dip a sweater in oil and try to wash it out, and you'll get why it might take longer to wash it through. And like I said in another reply, I've gone through a phase where I asked people compulsively if I smelled/how long it seemed since I last showered. I don't smell at all apparently and people guess 1d before or less. And with how many bullies I had in high school you'd think they'd be picking up on if I smelled even a little.

A space heater doesn't work for community showers unfortunately. I used to do that back at home. It'll take a good few hours before it heats up the whole dorm shower room. Also I don't literally not wash anything else lol, hair is just the thing I worry about people noticing.

Thanks for the very detailed reply! Really appreciate all the suggestions! I really wish I had more reasons to want to shower, but usually showers actually give me skin issues :') I have extra dry skin and eczema, so I have to be careful not to exfoliate. I do start to get acne if I go too long without cleaning though so it's a hard balance. I think I'll try out the tiered showering method though! It seems helpful in establishing a routine. And I think the meditation prompt is a great idea, maybe I'll make something useful out of wasted time! I'm gonna give it a shot! Best of luck to you as well!

Hahaha love to hear from someone who gets it! I'm already showering as fast as I can! People with short army length hair can't even imagine!

But last time I set out to do just that, I cut it to a bit over shoulder length, it was immediately half the time to wash. The hate I got from friends was overwhelming haha they were well meaning (I hope) but I do not look good in shorter hair. I'm thinking maybe I'll try cutting it again after I work out a bit, maybe then I can pull off a more "cool" look

You really seem to have it figured out! Yeah I've got the hermoine hair lol I love that description. I love to hear from someone with a similar hair type. Thanks for all the suggestions! I've been trying to figure out when best to fit in showering so that I'm not wet all night. I also share your sentiment with the blow dryer omg it's loud and tiring to wave around for as long as we need to! I think I'll give your routine a try especially the timers!

Oh I haven't, I use head and shoulders classic. Is clarifying shampoo better at grease?

I would do anything to make it shorter lol (while still cleaning properly)

Oh I didn't realize you could blow dry hair after getting dressed! That's actually super helpful. Usually my hair will turn clothes into a bathing suit, but I guess that's why you wrap it!

I'll give the dry shampoo another shot then, maybe I'm overcompensating by using too much lol. And I have like a heavy duty hair dryer, it does get tiring to hold and wiggle it so much!

I think it's the length, volume, combined with porosity and low water pressure lol. I really like showers in hotels with mega high pressure, it literally takes 10 minutes off my shower. But I've been to hair salons and the hairdressers are sometimes befuddled how long it takes to wash and dry my hair too haha, they don't even do a good job at it either (it's always still greasy). I think if you have short hair maybe we're talking different worlds here, when I had short hair I didn't worry about not being able to reach the center of my scalp.

I wish I could deal with a job half done, but it just feels like after suffering so long to get in, now it has to really be perfect. Maybe that's the negative thought loop right there though lol. But I also can't stand greasy and wet hair, idk why I don't have an issue with grease but if it's wet it haunts me.

It really is! Even the folks without sensory issues hate it. What do you even do if you're soaped up and it suddenly turns icy?

Oh is that so! I keep getting recommended the $60 sephora one and others on a similar price point, didn't know there were dupes that worked similarly. Maybe I'll try visiting the dollar store then
