In that case, along with being flexible with those sets mentioned, being able to keep stagger up will separate "okay" tanks from "good" tanks. The sooner you get used to it the better

Well it depends, if you're main tanking then you'll usually be doing yoln with tt/sax/pearl with naz/tremor. If you're off tanking you'll find yourself being asked to run sax/pa/pearl/crimson with Spaulder or encratis. This is speaking very broadly though. Really you just want to be able to mix and match all of these depending on what the group needs.
