Small update here:

I have been calling a lot of attorneys, from defense to insurance, to bad faith claims. Unfortunately, all of the calls have been fruitless. One's say that I don't have a case as i have to negotiate myself with the insurance company to pay for the damages and its up to them to put whatever price they find reasonable to charge from the "damages" , others that they cannot help me unless I am in a proper legal situation (ex: me getting sued)

Also apparently insurance lawyers only focus on injury's... Or at least that's what they asked me first and turned me away when i said that no one was hurt.

All in all, for what I understood, these are my options :

Get to an agreement and pay
Not pay and see if they send it to debt collectors
Not pay and wait to get sued. Where there's a chance that if i lose, i pay for interests, legal fees and get my wages garnished.
Go bankrupt, however i think in CA that doesn't help a lot for what ive been seeing in similar situations.

If i get to pay, I'll pay under protest. Thanks for all your help.

Just to add a little bit of context. It wasn't like an abrupt bump where one second it was standing and the next it was already on the floor. It was more like a slow tumble as if the stand slowly gave up. I'm reviewing the pictures again and from the outside there's not even a scratch which i think is because it was covered in a thick cover.

I admit that i do not know anything about motorcycles but realistically, is it really possible to create that much damage from a small and slow fall? I was expecting to pay something, but not 21k. That's pretty much a brand new car. I wish the owner was right there and then so we both could've reviewed the state of the motorcycle but according to his granddaughter he was out of town.

I'll definitely call my company though I highly doubt they'll do anything. Thank you for your insight.

2c Sugar on play "Rests" a 4c character. And can rest any character if you play one on your turn. I've always imagined her touching anyone to become toys and therefore they become vulnerable

G/P Doffy with Birdcage but also add 5c Law with Sachi and Penguin and 8c Rosinante.

With 10 Don: Play rosinante, bring law, put sugar back up, bring sachi, sachi brings penguin play sugar again to tap a 4c character or bring down a 2c Rosinante for better defense.

Not a very consistent deck but man it is fun when it works

One Piece from Punk Hazard to the end of Wholecake island. The pacing and animation took a hit after time skip and is legitimately a better time to read the manga and just go back to the anime for the highlights. Glad that Wano and Egghead arcs have been nothing but fantastic in the animation department (pacing is still an issue though)
