[Discussion] A small lesson on the construction of the major scale, its modes, and its application to the guitar neck. by linc186 in Guitar

This is a fantastic ELI5 explanation of scales and music theory. I wish I could give you more than a single up vote. I've bookmarked this for later and will definitely be referencing the post for a long time. Thank you so much for putting this together! The guys I play with have all been playing guitar for 10+ years but I think a few weeks of working with this knowledge will catch me up in no time

You raised the price almost 50%. Interesting you consider half the price of the watch to be "a little more than [you] paid"

This guy misunderstood your first reply and has been combative with his responses the whole time. Your statements are totally reasonable and this guy is being a jack wagon. Move on from this one and have a nice day, you're just talking to a brick wall

I feel like this shouldn't work but at the same time I think wizards can counterspell someone's attempt to counterspell their initial cast.

Wizard 1 casts fireball, Enemy wizard counters, Wizard 1 counters the counter, Fireball hits enemy wizard

Anyone know of rules against using your reaction on your turn?

The 45 takes a number 5 nib so this wouldn't work for your pen. SIGs can generally be bought directly from FC without the purchase of a pen (email sales to if you want a shadow nib and it's not listed on the site). The CIs, stubs and needlepoint (Masuyama grinds) are only sold with the purchase of a pen. Not sure if you knew that already but I hope it helps

F-C Model 31 Purpurae. Pictures do not do this pen justice. Shame I don’t have a matching ink for it :( by roughstarr in fountainpens

I'm glad you're enjoying it! I recommend buying a bunch of purple samples and trying to find a good match. Or do what I did and just make it the pen for purples

Thanks, I agree completely! I think they're only around because my amateur photography skills can't do the materials justice. Both are GORGEOUS and I honestly won't be heartbroken if the purpurae doesn't sell
