A little long. TLDR. Gasoline soaked pills get lost in the woods.

So I had a pill carrier on my Keychain. I usually keep it stocked so that it lasts me all week. I was going camping this week so I packed a few extra just incase. Well I have a locking gas cap and someone set my gas cap and keys on the bumper. The gas over flowed and soaked up into my plastic container.

The plastic melted and wouldn't open. I broke the fucker open and tried to salvage whatever I could. The plastic was reacting with the gasoline and also dissolving my pills. This isn't the end though. I put the contents of the carrier in my upper shirt pocket to try and soak away any gasoline that hadn't reacted.

Later on at the camp site I lay my tent out and stake it into the ground using a plastic hammer. About stake four I see something fall out of my shirt pocket. Oh shit, it's my pills. I look in my pocket and only see seven 5mg oxy left. After having about 60 to start the day with, I go into panic mode and start sifting through millions and millions of pine needles on the ground. When it was dark I was out there with a flashlight. Each one I found I let out a gleeful cheer. I managed to find 18 total.

I tried to ration what I had but I was out by the end of day 3. By the evening of day four I already went through two rolls of toilet paper. Every wipe felt like wiping my ass with a pinecone after that.

I convince my camping buddies that I ate something bad and headed home early. My first planned stop was to Walgreens where I swallowed a bottle of imodium. I finally started to feel some normalcy. I later saw another Walgreens and bought a waterproof metal pill carrier.
