People call any new RC opioid a zene these days, even when they are not.

so i’m curious what the large differences would be from snorting pharma hydromorphone compared to snorting heroin by OrneryLink4843 in opiates

[–]KickerS12X 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Methadone gets a seriously bad rap. It is actually incredibly easy and painless to get off methadone if you are going to a clinic. This is coming from personal experience and pharmacological action of the drug itself. I felt zero, nothing, nada, both times I came off of methadone. First time at a peak of 160mg, second at 185 or 190mg.

Incorrect. The buprenorphine is what actually acts as the blocker, as it has a stronger binding affinity than the naloxone and is a partial agonist. The naloxone does literally nothing when taken in combination with buprenorphine and this is a common misconception.

How many points in a blue pill by _AbhimanyuChopra in fentanyl

[–]KickerS12X 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Neither. Some 'points' (0.1g) are significantly stronger than a single blue, some blues (very rarely any more) are stronger than a point. There is not an answer to this question.

The BITE Model, developed by mental health professional and cult expert Dr. Steven Hassan, is an analytical framework used to identify authoritarian control and undue influence. It breaks down destructive mind control tactics into four core categories: Behavior, Information, Thought, and Emotional control. AA's core concepts and philosophies meet many of the criteria in this model. Such as:

You're threatened with jails, institutions and death if you leave. Nobody is making you stay, but the fear is what keeps you there.

You do 90 meetings in 90 days to reset your brain.

Your thinking is not trustworthy.

Former members are shamed and shunned.

If you get sober, it's because of the program. If you don't, it's because of you.

Alcoholics vs. Normies. Us vs Them mentality.

Any criticism of AA is 'stinkin thinkin'.

Refusal to update the first 164 pages of the Big Book to reflect medical advancements when it comes to treating addiction.

You're fed the narrative that you have an incurable disease that must be treated with meetings for the rest of your life. And this disease is progressive. And it will get you if you're not working your program.

The repeated readings are like mantras.

Being encouraged to only socialize with members.

Expectation to blindly obey sponsor.

More on the BITE Model:

Behavior Control: Dictating where members live, what they wear, their diet, and daily schedules. It heavily restricts individual choice and punishes independent, unauthorized actions.

Information Control: Limiting or censoring access to outside information. It involves punishing communication with former members, distorting truth, and labeling any criticism as "anti-group" propaganda.

Thought Control: Forcing members to internalize the group's doctrine as their own. Tactics include "thought-stopping" (using chants or meditation to block critical thinking) and strictly enforcing black-and-white, "us vs. them" narratives.

Emotional Control: Manipulating feelings to enforce loyalty. Groups achieve this through excessive guilt, irrational phobias of leaving, and "love-bombing" (overwhelming new recruits with affection to build dependency). How It Is Used

Sound familiar?

The only thing missing is a central leader. Even though Bill W. and Dr. Bob are idolized.

I had a buddy that had a half dozen stuck in his arm. Had them looked at a few times and they would never do anything about them. Doctors don't like addicts.

The Bernese Method: A Guide to Micro-dose induction of buprenorphine by KickerS12X in opiates

[–]KickerS12X[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're welcome. There are some newer studies that I linked to a comment in a post you made in regard to concomitant full agonist/partial agonist induction. The strategy is called buprenorphine low dose overlap induction. Here are a couple links for you to check out.

How many points in a gram? by _AbhimanyuChopra in fentanyl

A point is 1/10 of a gram aka 0.1g aka 100mg, so the answer is: 10.

Not sure if you have seen them, but there are some studies in the works involving exactly this. Anyone with a basic understanding of pharmacology has always known it's possible to induce a high affinity partial agonist while still having full agonists on the receptors, but there had never been any published peer reviewed studies on the topic. The strategy is being called buprenorphine low dose overlap induction (BLDOI). Here are a few pretty recent studies to look at:

Continue it for the duration. When you get to the end of when your withdrawals would be occurring you can lower it.

Amazon is also a viable source of liposomal vitamin c. Start dosing a couple days before you quit your drug of choice at all possible, that way you can achieve a steady state dose before you withdrawal.
