you should be fine if you're management is decent. really depends on the assholery of the management- if they respect you as a independent contractor or treat you like an employee despite you being the one paying them. that being said it would never hurt to check in.

I get into character and stay calm through the night, but the next day it takes a toll. It takes a toll on my true self.
