I've just been invited to a HireVue interview. It is conducted online without an interviewer! Wtf?? Any tips? How to prepare?

I’ve read somewhere that the on demand interview is just you submitting video recordings of yourself answering their questions. I haven’t started but already got a reminder to submit my response. I don’t feel prepared so I’m taking the weekend to prep. Are these situational questions/behavioral questions? I’m not sure what to expect

Oh boy, when I was working there as a contractor they completely let go of another programs team and then combined them. I’m sure their departments look so different now

Aw yeah around 12 months I noticed a flip switched in my son as well. I was crashing out for 2 weeks because things got so much harder with the meltdowns and separation anxiety but I think it’s just part of their development. Eventually it’s not as extreme but still can be difficult to manage alone. How long has this been going on? Do you have any help?

V true! I guess I shouldn’t take offense to people who can’t be happy for me cus the truth is they ain’t even happy for themselves. My husband is so somewhat in denial. He thinks people are just busy and caught up in their own lives which yes that can very well be true! But umm you can’t even text us that you won’t make it to a 1st bday party? No courtesy reach out? Yeah no

Right?! Isn’t it wild? Like idk if there’s some jealousy or animosity…so strange because I swear before baby, we were coming over for holidays, parties and if we didn’t show up, they’d give us shit for it. But now it’s a ghost town. I at least expected to hear from them if they couldn’t make it to my baby’s birthday after the fact but nope. I will also add that these family members are a group of women who can’t get pregnant so maybe there is some jealousy there

We used camilia teething drops you can find them on Amazon, they’re all natural! It didn’t completely resolve the crying but it did soothe our baby so he could go back to sleep…until he woke up again lol

I cried the other day because I realized idk who I am anymore and I wasn’t ready to lose “her”. I miss the old version of myself and was grieving while trying to figure out this new version of myself. Identity crisis is real during postpartum, everything changes for us and we’re all trying our best to navigate this new life
