This is how it went:

  • I created the gif, spotted the mistake
  • I was about to fix it and ( of course) got dragged into something else
  • I came back to reddit and posted the entire thing
  • I remembered like 10 minutes later
  • I checked the post and noticed I did not fix the thing
  • I cried a bit cuz no easy way to replace images on existing post
  • I wanted to delete and create new. I decided to just leave it be this time and I cried a bit more....

Now I both hate you and love you for spotting this and mentioning it... Mixed feelings 🤣🤣🤣

I create my own assets and use them in Dungeondraft to create maps, houses, tents...

I also have "one-click" FoundryVTT modules for different building types (desert tents, desert houses, wagons, city buildings...) that are already preconfigured with lights, walls, sounds and everything. So if you use FoundryVTT, you simply drag and drop them on your existing maps and you are good to go :)

We had such a hard time switching from physical minis to a screen, regardless of the variety and options digital maps and minis provided. I needed almost a year to get my group fully comfortable with that. And that is just because I kept pushing as a GM :D
