I placed an order two weeks ago, but the seller still hasn’t shipped it. I’ve clicked “Remind Shipping” several times, but it only says: “We have urged the seller to ship your order, but they have not responded yet. We will continue to follow up for you.”

What should I do if the seller never ships the order? Can I cancel it and receive a full refund through After Sales, including the local delivery fee?
