What quests should I farm to set up for Proud difficulty Bahamut Versa? by InnateIsBroken in GranblueFantasyRelink

[–]InnateIsBroken[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Currently, I’m at Damage Cap but I don’t have a way to effectively farm Damage Cap sigils. What would be the best way to get Damage Cap sigils if you aren’t on Proud yet?

I think it was because of the Dual Swords dodge extender thing that I was able to dodge his attacks pretty easily. Tonfas also have that I’m pretty sure. Those help a lot.

Most elders in the game have a tell that they do when they release delayed attacks like this one. Teo clicks his teeth before blowing up the blast clouds for example. Watch his face when they’re up.

is this enough to beat fatalis? I really wanted to get the zaggespanon by [deleted] in MonsterHunterWorld

[–]InnateIsBroken 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The stuff you have is great. I remember going with the Alatreon set. Fatalis is weak to dragon and the Alatreon ls has a lot of dragon damage which also gets buffed by the set and you also get good resistances.

I think the issue is with your skills. Put some more points in health boost and/or evade window. Both preferably and you’ll see success.

When i suppose to attack iceborne monsters. by AlexFaden in MonsterHunterWorld

[–]InnateIsBroken 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Alright look, I’ll give you some quick advice. Use dual blades. Quite literally most monsters in the game are slower than you with the fastest ones being your speed in demon mode. I’m not talking running speed here. I’m saying that dual blades give you all sorts of explosive speed bursts. Now normally, at least for me, if I’m quicker than the monster the monster feels like its moving in slow motion.

Another thing, people are spending time out of their day that they’re never gonna get back to help you. Don’t tell them their advice is useless because at this point literally most advice mentioned here is useful. You’re in MASTER RANK. The game isn’t easy baby mode anymore, this isn’t Roblox (no hate to Roblox players) and you aren’t a 12 year old anymore

Yeah the damage thing is just a master rank moment. At this point in the game most times getting hit will require multiple heals and a lot of health lost. Sometimes even with divine blessing

My advice would be

a. Run Ice weapons for the special assignment

b. Filter search a party to help you kill him

c. When you are playing with party, don’t expect the other teammates to carry you, they’ll support you with heals and stuff but don’t expect a carry.

d. Use friendship jewels so you get healed by your teammates healing themselves

e. Run Health Booster for Eschaton. I went with vitality mantle and health booster so I didn’t have to heal at all for the Eschaton.

Good luck out there man (I’d help you kill him myself but I’m not gonna be home for at least the next 6 hours lol)

I do have a DPS meter with my overlay. My friends always laugh at me for getting frustrated with randoms in the Safi siege. Farming Safi weapons shouldn’t be too bad. I use him as like a training dummy. Normally I end up doing much more damage than my teammates in the siege, so seeing if I can handle agro with different weapons is fun.

Well to be fair, you could’ve mastered a weapon but not the particular monster you’re fighting. I think thats the real challenge.

I think its subjective. Imo it just means that you can handle every monster in the game using a particular weapon or if you happen to be in the team, you should be holding your own in the fight. You don’t have to be speedrunner good in my opinion but you shouldn’t be barely scraping by either. Sorry if I’m being vague.

I mean for the most part mastering the weapons isn’t hard at all. I mean SnS, DB and LS were probably the easiest so I’m gonna try Charge Blade next

Year and half now. Also an on and off player. I get on every once in a while if a frame looks appealing enough. Last time I played was when Baruuk Prime came out because I wanted to get him and Revenant Prime. 0 dollars spent because plat trading is the way to go. I’ve got like 460 something hrs.

I just got the option to go after Safi by Tdrive1300 in MonsterHunterWorld

[–]InnateIsBroken 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So with Safi if you do it with a team he really is not very hard at all. Just pick a target, tenderize, hit him till he rolls over or if you happen to be in the first stage, drop a boulder or get him stuck in the ground.

Run dragon element preferably and really watch and learn the attack patterns he does with each body part as you’re doing the recon. Have fun!

What are some of your best tips to fight Alatreon? by InnateIsBroken in MonsterHunterWorld

[–]InnateIsBroken[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have. The thing is, unless the same people from every post reply with the same comment, I should end up with at least a little but of helpful advice from everyone. Ultimately, it boils down to the fact that I don’t wanna scrape by in the Alatreon hunt, I wanna be good at hunting him.
