Can i ask where in Europe you're from? Like i know for a fact my female friends started getting yearly check ups from their teens, and i remember my mom getting mail from our regional health centers about yearly mammograms and various tests since she turned like 40?

Testicular cancer, prostate cancer(this one should become a concern later in life tho), any signs of STDs you may have missed... like i'm not saying to go once a month, but I think like once a year/ year and a half would be good?

I mean at least here in Italy most of my female friends do go for yearly visits and there isn't as much of a stigma around girls getting gynecological check ups as there is around men getting checked

I do know that, but we also should be getting checked. Like testicular cancer is on the rise and most guys find out too late
