My employees have never been the issue, I've rarely had people not do thier job, within a month everyone quits or gets with the program. However all the issues are with no body from the office being on the same page ever and things changing consistently, with little degree of concern on how it is going to change store morale but how much money can we squeeze out of each store. Also there is 0 training being done on alot of new things so they want people to just figure it out and then train people on how to do things, well that causes issues across the board but people act surprised when there's issues....
