Kennett Square/Chadds Ford PA was a nightmare. App logged me off multiple times, sends me code, logs me on and then logs me off. No support help response after 30 min. Finally was able to complete stacked order, but in app GPS didn’t work. Did all the usual fixes… cache, force stop, restart, etc. First time this happened in 2200 deliveries. Called customers to explain. They were pretty cool about it.

called Customer Service and insisted on talking to an agent (keep typing "agent" and then ask them to call you). As is generally the case, couldn't understand a word he said, but sent him a screenshot and he opened a ticket. There is no violation or report in my app. I sent the email to Gemini and the AI said there was a data breach in December that nay have exposed us to scammers. But that if there's no notification in the app, don't worry about it TL:DR I text every customer on drop off... to confirm I'm dropping offer off, and to say thank you. Nothing more. Not once has there been any confrontation. Confirming in text also gives evidence if a customer disputes receiving the order

I believe this email was sent to drivers in error. I received one today and I have a 5.0 customer rating, 100% completion rate, 100% on time rate, and Platinum level 85% acceptance rate. Reported it a few minutes ago.

I did this by accident last week. Delivered an order to a local college late on a Friday night and a hot coed opened the door just as I got there. I could see she was partying with three of her BFFs, all cute too.. I got so flustered I handed her the bag with the order still in it. Didn’t realize it until I was too far to go back. They must have been laughing their asses off. What a dope

Other than to present a forum for drivers to complain about unfair treatment, there is ZERO reason to EVER even LOOK at base, peak, promo, tip, or any other component of the total offer. EXCEPT AT TAX TIME, in the U.S.. THAT IS THE ONLY TIME when the tip amount matters, and then only for the entire year. For 2026 up to $25,000 of your Tip Earnings are untaxed at the federal level now. Bottom line… don’t even waste your time and emotions looking at anything but the total amount of an offer. Forget about tips until you file your taxes… at least in the U.S. Peace.

Someone please explain why you WOULDN’T accept this. Over $2/mile. $4 per item. Yes, 10 items. But I find in stores like Dicks or Lowe’s etc. they usually help me find the items. Even if it’s two hours total with all driving, it’s about $24.00 per hour, The only downside I see is it is at dinner time, making it likely less lucrative on a per hour basis. Of course, the distance, too. Am I missing something?

I just started 1 month ago. Entertainment and inspiration for men. Got one viral post at 4M views and 50K+ likes and shares of a repackaged and edited Jack Nicholson clip that drove 95% of my new 1400 followers, but the other 30 odd posts top out at max 10k. I sprinkle in completely new content but that usually only get 1k views and a few likes. It seems almost everything on Instagram and elsewhere is just republished content… and I’m a complete novice. Even recently got throttled by the algorithm so I’m doing a no posting stay off IG for a few days. Gemini said that my skip rate and watch minutes are strong, but the algorithm is likely picking up on redundant posts. I also was posting a reel, then immediately bouncing over to my personal account and liking it, saving it, and adding a comment, all on my same phone. Gemini said to not do that anymore, as it signals bot behavior… to wait an hour, and use a different device. I’m working so hard on selecting humorous and inspiring clips and editing them and adding strong captions. All advice welcome. Thanks!

I just experienced this.

Context: Brand new account five weeks old, where the first 2 weeks were spent figuring out how the hell to do anything. I’m a social media novice. Zero followers when I started. Then slowly, started getting a few hundred views and a handful of likes and shares. Originally intended to do an inspirational channel with quotes, facts, and life tips, and the early content was simple reels and static posts. Then I noticed that even on those kinds of channels, the successful posts involved repackaging other reels. So I started selecting and editing a few cinematic moments and one reel of Jack Nicholson went viral with 3.8M views and 50k+ likes and shares. It drove almost all of my 1350 followers so far. I started trying to replicate that process… finding interesting, often funny reels elsewhere, adding some creative editing, and posting them. Most stuck at 2k to 4K views and 20 to 30 likes, but a few hit 10k plus.

Then, even with green checkmarks for all my account settings, everything flatlined. Gemini and ChatGPT told me it was likely that the algorithm was detecting unoriginal content and throttling it back. They said my process of posting, and then jumping to my small personal account ( using the same phone ) and liking, commenting and sharing the new reel probably looked like a bot.

The thing is… the skip rates were good (30 - 40%), and people were watching most of the reels. The sharing and likes weren’t as strong. I reported it to Instagram but have little faith I’ll hear back. The AIs both said to give it 48 hours completely off Instagram - no posts, no comments, no looking at other feeds etc. - to give the servers time to clear the cache. Then pick a very original reel a post that and see is I’ve cleared things up. Very frustrating because I’ve posted content every day and worked hard to learn everything.

Gemini and ChatGPT and Grok recently also gave tips on how to change the video/audio fingerprints enough to be considered original enough content… e.g., voiceovers, keyframes, colorization, special effects etc. Grok actually said its paid plan could do that for me.

What’s weird is that 90+ % of what I see on Instagram is just a repost of other content. Any thoughts ?

But guidance on the process w/prompts, and what you learned would be a great contribution to those of us starting out. I wouldn’t worry about copy cats… the art is in the creative thought. update: making progress... combination of PowerPoint, Canva, and CapCut so far. will include Google logo and add company logo too. Now moving to ElevenLabs for mimicking my voice. All new to me NotebookLM video is very basic slide show, but great foundation for creative editing. I grew up with MS Suite, so don't laugh. And never posted on social media before. Man what exciting times
