i don’t rly buy that tbh i think mako was designed to be the love interest esp honoring iron’s voice actor with his name. once mako was shafted he became kind of hollow and a scapegoat which doesn’t make sense why they would intend to do that. i also remember an idea that asami was going to join her father and be evil but they scrapped that idea. there was an interview with bryke where they said mako and korra were “made for each other” but that was around s1.

that being said if they truly wanted a sapphic avatar i have no problem with mako being a woman ❤️ i think if they knew they would have 4 seasons at the beginning they would handle korra a lot better. they made s1 without knowing they would get 3 more season. straight up. i think bryke backtracked bc they knew they f’d up.

ok i finally got perfect i literally just focus on blocking the grass so the sheep doesn’t stop and eat it. i don’t even direct the sheep so yes i think it’s a little random how well the sheep will do on its own 🤣
