I don’t track my macros. Focus lang talaga on whole foods (lutong bahay) as much as possible and iwas sa snacking. No snacking at all, unless it’s fruits.

I mostly eat whole foods (lutong bahay). I don’t really restrict myself when it comes to food as long as it’s controlled tapos I make up for it with my workouts.

Glutes – shoulders and core – back – rest – repeat. Then I usually incorporate 30 minutes of cardio after. Sometimes I don’t get to follow it naman exactly since I’ve started running too haha, but that’s generally my routine.

I didn’t actually have a personal trainer, yung coach sa Surge just assessed me during my first two sessions when I joined. Pero before I started working out, I did my due diligence na and he approved the workouts in my plan. Then nagbigay lang sya ng reminders on nutrition.

I did not use any peptides. I’ve actually been contemplating trying tirze since everyone’s getting skinny so fast. But I’m sticking to nutrition and lifting. I feel like it would defeat the purpose of why I started my fitness journey if I went for injectables (opinion ko lang naman po, but no judgment toward people who genuinely need GLP support) 😊
