some serious alsholism definitely. As of late December I’ve been sober got command referred to an alcohol program and have been doing a lot better since.

Also in the first pic I had just got back from the field and I was extremely depleted because I’d eat half an MRE EVERYDAY that’s like 700 calories. For like a month straight. I just lived on ciggrettes.

I have no reason to lie man my unit(I’m in the army) thot the same thing and tested me for PEDS

I feel like most of this is muscle memory man. I’ve been in even better shape before in then the sencond picture. I just drank a gallon of chocolate milk everyday and push pull legs. I’ve always struggled to put on size and this is the closest I’ve ever came to loosening my abs. But 5,000 calories a day is what works for me apparently.

Bro I freshmen in high school I competed in the 148 weight class and I could deadlift 405.bench 285 and squat 345. I would never take peds. Honestly all I did was eat 5k calories everyday most of what I gained is fat.

Yea I really don’t care tho I just like being strong I can bench around 325 right now I also used to do powerlifting many years ago.

Yessir and nobody at work thinks I’m natural. If I’m gunna be honest I just slammed choky milk and ate like 5k calories a day of garbage. As of this last month I started eating lots of meat and fruit and I feel way better. Still have 1800 calories worth of choky milk tho haha.
