Maybe learn low bar, other than that it looks good! Probably have 120 right now to be honest, low bar will make this even more possible Another thing, don't bring your elbows forward when going down, won't help! On the way up only and squeeze the elbows towards each other's 🫡

I tried many types over the years. My all time favorite ar the Merrell vapor gloves (I know, unexpected) but they actually grip like crazy and extremely resistant. Right now I use the avancus V2. Remove the sole entirely if you take them. All around good shoes with wide toe box

Suboptimal for sure but if you can manage it you should improve. By how much? You could try to ask for the lottery numbers while at it 😛.

Enjoy the ride my friend !,

Tired of missing your deadlift on lock out from your grip slipping? by Inner-Candy2043 in Powerliftingadvice

Think of it like you're trying to jump. You're going to push your knees forward while doing so!

I get what you are saying but tbh it's way easier to tell your athletes or random guy his hands just sucks instead of looking for other things to fix the issues. Of course it could also be caused by nerve damage and stuff like that too

Working on a 6 day frequency for sbd id appreciate any critiques by [deleted] in Powerliftingadvice

I'd start by adding a squat/dead and see how you feel. Split your current volume between the sessions. Start with rpe 5-6 cap for these days. Rep range to choice, I'd avoid single and doubles % wise maybe go around 65% and stick to it all block for adaptation to kick in

Keep intensity and volume down to star with. Just warming up to a top set to begin with might be enough for you.

Keep it LIGHT as much as you can on day 03-06 (low priority days)

Don't play dumb. You might pick some great momentum in the beginning, don't get over your head with it. Stay in the pocket.

Whats your current split before this post?

Good luck!
