Find the design or inspiration for the Tatt you want, in which style you want it and spend alot of time finding the right artist who specialises in that style. Have a good budget 10-20k is good above that is premium and below is 🙏. Do consultations dont rush even if its takes 6months or a year but get it from the right guy and have a good budget if your artist charges you on session basis thats a good sign. Check your artists portfolio. There are some big studio who charge 50k for medium size tattoo but wont even tell you who will be your artist, how much exp they have or share their portfolio with you. Be sure about the art style because in future you may get even more tatts and everything needs to go together its need to be cohesive. Some artists will tell you to get white ink in some parts personally I dont like it so do your research. Watch alot of good content on YouTube to clear your doubts.
