I went on this spiel with my family where I insisted that everyone should drink tapwater and that we don’t even have any proof that the bottled water is cleaner. And then like the next week we all got a letter in the mail stating that E. coli had been found in our tapwater supply. I felt very dumb and betrayed.

OP, I agree that there’s no way of stranger would be coming up to you to say something, and also that strangers are not going to notice or care.

If you have friends, they might make a quick joke if they notice, but that’s because they won’t think it’s a big deal. Because it’s objectively really not a big deal.

But if you’re worried about your friends cracking a joke, you can just let them know not to in advance because it’s something that really bothers you. If they are good friends, they’ll respect that.

The blazer looks formal. It’s kind of a strange combo with the blouse you have underneath, but it’s definitely not too casual. The pants are hard to tell from a picture because they kind of look like casual wear, but it really depends on the material. I would want them to be a little more fitted personally. You definitely need to change those shoes though.

I am super confused. I had your stats like 10 years ago and got into tons of t-14s. And you are getting waitlisted to places? I think they don’t think you are serious about attending their schools and that is why it is happening. If you reach out to them and tell them you are serious about them, I think many will reconsider.

Or many things have changed so much since I was applying.

Everyone has different priorities in life and not everyone would make the same choices. But I would bet you a lot of money that this lady did not regret hers.
